Connecting the Dots
Three Dot Design is a boutique practice built around one straightforward idea: you deserve an architect who is genuinely invested in your project. I'm Rachel Worley, and personal attention isn't just a tagline — it's the foundation of everything here.
The best work comes from authentic relationships and a real understanding of what you need. Every project is highly individualized — no two look the same, because no two clients are the same. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, you have my personalized attention.
Your project is in experienced hands. My work spans workspaces, retail, healthcare, restaurants, corporate environments, and more — from a few hundred square feet to hundreds of thousands. I'm licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Georgia, Arizona, Texas, and Wisconsin, and hold credentials as a LEED Accredited Professional and Kentucky Certified Interior Designer.
My design sensibility has been shaped by experiences near and far, including studies in Venice, Italy and architectural work in Kampala, Uganda. Since 1999, I've also been involved in work in Kenya, contributing to local inituatives and water projects that reflect a deep belief that design and service go hand in hand — that what we build matters most when it serves people who truly need it. (Feel free to ask about eating grasshoppers or rafting the Nile sometime!)

Rather than a traditional office structure, I've built relationships with a carefully selected group of specialists — rendering artists, specification writers, BIM production experts — who are brought in precisely when and where a project needs them. These are seasoned professionals I've vetted and trust, each exceptional in their field.
